5. Mode of Meeting

5.1 You must select your preferred meeting mode when booking:
• Face-to-Face (FTF): Meetings will take place at our office located at Lot 1 Block 6, Hidden Brooke Executive Village, Amaya 2, Tanza, Cavite.
• Online Consultation: A meeting link will be sent to your registered email prior to the appointment.
5.2 Failure to attend without prior notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
6.2 No cancellations or rescheduling are allowed within 2 days of the appointment date.
6.3 Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation of your appointment privileges.
6.4 Spam or harassment via calls, emails, or other communication forms is strictly prohibited. Please communicate respectfully.
6.5 Cancellation and rescheduling options are available through your account on the website. You may view the status of your appointments directly.

7. Appointment Confirmation

7.1 Submitting an appointment does not guarantee service provision until approved by JKK Construction Services.
